U don’t even know where to start, I contacted about 4 lawyers about my case and they only said Simple’s things like it’s a violation and how many days and stuff. But Daniel flat out told it was a felony and I have nothing to worry about, he explained everything clearly, he showed me how each route I pursue in my case has different consequences and as soon as I send my email he responds with 5 min either by cAlling or email. He definitely made me feel safe about my case and wanted to know me

Dan Fulmer is a very compassionate and knowledgeable attorney. He is quick to return calls and explains everything so that it is easily understandable for everyone especially people not familiar with the law. Mr Fulmer is also held in high regard by attorneys on either side of the aisle and by judges as he is easily recognizable and takes the time to speak and interact on a personal as well as professional level which in fact has an effect on the way a hearing proceeds.

Extremely professional and honest. He didn't sugar-coat anything and laid out all possibilities of what could happen and what to expect with the charges and in court. Hopefully I'll never need to use his services again, but I would highly recommend him to anyone hit with a DWI or DWAI charge. He is quite knowledgeable!
