He is quick to return calls and explains everything so that it is easily understandable for everyone especially people not familiar with the law. Mr Fulmer is also held in high regard by attorneys on either side of the aisle and by judges as he is easily recognizable and takes the time to speak and interact on a personal as well as professional level which in fact has an effect on the way a hearing proceeds.
